Limited Companies

A business structure where an entity has a legal identity of its own, separate from its directors and shareholders. The assets and liabilities of the owners are separate to the company’s and protected by the corporate structure. The income of the company is separate to the owner.

Raise creates invoices between the various legal entities in the chain of end-client, contractor and agency.

Contractors who wish to work through their own limited company (often called a Personal Service Company) will engage with the agency and the Raise platform will create self bill invoices to the Agency on behalf of the PSC. IR35 legislation will need to be complied with.
