We process personal data where we need it to prepare or perform a contract with you, where we have a legal or regulatory obligation, or where it is necessary for our legitimate interests and those interests are not overridden by your rights. Where we rely on legitimate interests, we carry out an assessment to make sure our use is proportionate. We will never sell your data.
