We're absolutely thrilled to share some exciting news with all of you amazing users of our platform. Get ready to experience a new level of control and efficiency as we introduce the highly-anticipated ability to edit your placements. Whether your placements are active or expired, making changes is now just a few clicks away!

Once you're logged into our platform, you can easily edit your placements by following these simple steps. First, select the specific placement you wish to modify. Then, click into the relevant field and make the necessary changes. Whether it's adjusting the rate, extending a placement, updating a purchase order number, or any other placement details, you have the power to make these changes quickly and effortlessly.

Let's dive into some specific examples to showcase the simplicity and speed of editing placements:

  1. Amending the End Date:
  • Head over to the "TEMP PLACEMENTS" section in the main navigation.
  • Select the placement you want to edit (e.g., TMP-123456).
  • Scroll down to the "Placement Period" section.
  • Input the new end date for the placement and click "SAVE & NEXT."
  • You will be prompted with a confirmation message. Take a moment to review the details and select "Yes."
  • Please note that if you bring the end date forward, any timesheets after the new end date will be canceled.
  1. Changing Job Title:
  • Navigate to the "TEMP PLACEMENTS" section in the main navigation.
  • Choose the placement you wish to edit (e.g., TMP-123456).
  • Scroll down to the "Placement Details" section.
  • Update the job title with the new information and click "SAVE & NEXT."
  • Confirm the changes by selecting "Yes."
  1. Updating rates:
  • Visit the "TEMP PLACEMENTS" section in the main navigation.
  • Locate the relevant placement (e.g., TMP-123456).
  • Scroll down to the "Standard Rate" section.
  • Enter the new contractor and/or client rate and click "SAVE."
  • Confirm the changes by selecting "Yes."
  • Please note that any timesheets already approved will not be affected by the new rate. Only timesheets in draft or submitted status at the time of rate submission will reflect the updated rate.
