Customer Success Executive

We're growing fast, and we want a Customer Success Executive to look after our agencies from the day they go live. If you love solving problems for customers and want to own the outcome, not just the ticket, this one's for you.

Raise is a technology business changing how recruitment gets funded. Agencies pay contractors weekly but wait 30, 60, even 90 days to get paid. We close that gap with funding and a platform that runs their back office, so founders can stop worrying about cash. You'll be the person making sure that promise holds, every week.

What you'll own

Your own book of agencies. You'll be their first call: getting new placements live on our platform, chasing documents yourself, and untangling invoice and payment queries with our Payments, Collections and Receivables teams. Sent isn't done. Done is an answer, an outcome or a confirmed handover.

You'll run regular check-ins, spot when an agency goes quiet before it becomes a problem, and see when they're ready to fund more placements or new clients. And you'll feed what you hear back into how we build product.

How you'll grow

You'll learn recruitment finance from the inside: how funding, credit and collections fit together, and why agencies thrive or struggle. When something's yours here, it's genuinely yours: backed, believed in, seen through. This is where good customer people become the ones the whole business turns to.

Who you are

A recent graduate, or a year or more in customer success, account management or a customer-facing operations seat. Organised enough to run a full book without dropping anything. Curious enough to find the real cause of a problem, not just the quick fix. Comfortable on the phone with busy founders, and happy with numbers.

You put the customer at the centre, and you think good enough isn't. Recruitment or finance experience is a bonus. We'll teach you the rest.
