Sales Development Representative

This is where a serious sales career begins. We're hiring three people to help Raise grow faster, and this is the ground-floor seat: right next to our CRO, learning the craft from someone who has done it. You don't need sales experience. You need to be hungry, curious and impossible to keep down.

Raise is a technology business on a mission to power the future of recruitment. We give recruitment agencies the funding and platform to grow, and we're scaling fast. Your job is to find the agencies who'd thrive with us and start the conversations that turn into customers.

What the days look like

You'll get to know our market inside out: who's who, what keeps agency founders up at night, and why Raise changes the game for them. You'll reach out, open doors, and book the meetings that fuel our growth. Some days you'll hear twenty no's before a yes; you'll learn to love the chase, because the yes is worth it.

How you'll grow

This is not a phone-bashing dead end. Sitting beside the CRO, you'll learn how to build a watertight business case, how to earn trust in minutes, and how to really read a buyer. We'll sharpen your AI skills too, using the latest tools to research, personalise and move faster than any traditional salesperson, so you become an absolute weapon. Do it well and the path to Business Development Manager is clear and quick.
